EFT inhibited mesenchymal properties and MMPs in PANC-1 cells. (A and C) EFT significantly decreased the expression of ZEB1, N-cadherin, Vimentin and Fibronectin as well as MMP-2 and MMP-9. Meanwhile,  E-cadherin was significantly increased by EFT treatment. (B and D) Total protein expression ratio was quantified against β-actin. All tests were performed in triplicate and presented as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P<0.001, compared with control (0.1% DMSO only)
