Relative expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-a, IL-6, IL-1β, and COX-2 were determined in all the groups under investigation using the qRT-PCR technique. Following normalization to GAPDH, the data were displayed as fold change compared to the control group. The bars reflect the mean ± SEM, n = 6. A one-way ANOVA test followed by Tukey’s post hoc test was utilized to ascertain the notable distinction among the various groups, with * p ≤ 0.05 in comparison to the control group and # p ≤ 0.05 compared to the indomethacin group
