ISAg induced NO production and COX-2 gene expression in murine peritoneal macrophages. a RAW264.7 cells were treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) or indicated concentrations of ISAg for 24 h. The amount of NO production was then measured using Griess reagents and an ELISA kit. Gene expression levels of (b) iNOS and (c) COX-2 relative to GAPDH were analyzed using qRT-PCR. d In all experiments, no significant toxic effects of ISAg were detected in the cells.
