Reduction potential; reduced glutathione, gallic acid, vanillin, acetylsalicylic acid, quercetin and rutin were added at 5–50 μg/ml of phosphate buffer saline (pH 7.4). The reduction potential was measured in milivolt (mV) using ORP electrode. Reduced glutathione was used as a positive control. Values are represented as mean ± SEM of three samples
