Fisetin and fisetin micelles inhibit tumor growth in a xenograft model of ovarian cancer. a Xenograft mice were implanted with 5 × 106 SKOV3 cells on day 0 and were randomly divided into various treatment and control groups (n = 5). b Eight days after implantation, tumor-bearing mice were treated every week according to the protocols. c Tumor-bearing mice were treated with fisetin/fisetin micelles or received the vehicles, either DMSO or mPEG-PLC by intraperitoneal administration for 4 weeks, 4 consecutive days per week with either fisetin or fisetin micelles (50 mg/kg or 100 mg/kg).
