Immunohistochemical analysis of NF-κB p65 and TNF-α in the ankle joints of CIA rats (100×). At the end of the experiment, paraffin sections of ankle joints were used to immunohistochemical research to show the presence of NF-κB p65 and TNF-α. Compared with the blank group, the model group displayed increase expression. On the other hand, the 50 mg/kg dose of the TRC combination showed weak cytoplasmic staining
