PM regulation on glycer-AGE-mediated MAPK signaling in HUVECs. The HUVECs were co-treated with various concentrations of PM (10 μM) and NAC (1000 μM) including with glycer-AGEs (100 μg/mL) for 60 min., and then the cell lysates were obtained and analyzed with Western blotting. Total cell lysates were obtained by RIPA that contained protease inhibitors and a phosphatase inhibitor cocktail and then separated by 10% SDS-PAGE with GAPDH as a control
