Data presented were means ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05 compared with the control group. b. VM capacity in vitro in colorectal cancer cells is affected by YAF. HCT116 cells were treated with YAF at 25, 50 and 100 μg/ml for 48 h, the constitution of VM was significantly decreased by YAF compared with that of untreated cells (*P < 0.05)
