Induction of apoptosis after R2 treatment in AGS-EBV cells. Micrographs show apoptotic cells after treatment with R2 at different concentrations and staining by Hoechst 33342 for 24 h (a). R2 induced apoptosis in AGS-EBV cells was also detected by the Annexin V-FITC/7-AAD staining test (b and c). Cells were treated with R2 (0, 5, 10, 20 μg/mL) for 24 h.
