ATP (a) and ADP (b) hydrolysis in lymphocytes of Complete Freund’s Adjuvant (CFA)- induced arthritis rats and treated for 45 days with Uncaria tomentosa extract in the dose of 150 mg/kg, 2 times/day. Enzyme specific activities are reported as nmol of Pi released/min/mg of protein. Groups: C (control), E (extract), A (arthritis) and A + E (arthritis + extract). Bars represent mean ± S.E.M.
