TNF-α inhibitory effects of the GWE. L929 cells were treated with indicated concentrations of GWE in the presences of 1 ng/mg TNF-α. After 24 h of treatment, cell viability was determined by MTT assays and TNF-α inhibitory effects of the test drugs were expressed as % inhibition = (O.D._{ActD+TNF-α+test drugs} – O.D._ActD+TNF-α)/(O.D._ActD – O.D._ActD+TNF-α).
