Blockade of nuclear translocation of NF-κB in rat mesangial cells. Confluent cells were incubated with 1–50 μg/ml Oryeongsan for 24 h under the conditions of HG. Western blot analysis with a primary antibody against NF-κB/p-IκB-α, and cytoplasmic (CE) and nuclear (NE) fractions were obtained. Respective blot data were obtained from five independent experiments.
