The blots shown are examples of three separate experiments (A) of Nrf2 protein in the nucleus after 10 and 12 h. SFN treatment for 6 h serve as the positive control for Nrf2 activation and translocation into the nucleus. MEF cells were treated with PB (5 and 10 μg/ml) for (B) 10 h (C) 12 h, after which the cells were gathered and Nrf2 protein was extracted from the nucleus. Lamin B was used as internal control.
