The abundance of bacteria is categorized from high (red) to low (green) as indicated by the bar on the right side of the table. The top of the bar (100%) indicates the highest density of each bacterial group at each row of the table. (B-J) Quantitative PCR results for Lact, Bact, Clept and Erec in the middle jejunum (MJ) and colon. Each spot represents a mean of two or three different quantitative real-time PCR experiments (triplicate samples of each; 5 animals in each treatment group).
