SSE inhibits Akt/mTOR pathway and activates MAPKs pathway. (A) Cell lysates were prepared after treatment with SSE at 50 μg/mL for 0.25, 0.5, 1, 3, and 6 h, and then subjected to western blot analysis for the determination of levels of AMPK, Akt, mTOR, and their phosphorylated forms.
