Photographs and corresponding fluorescence intensity graphs for individual fat stromal cells before, during, and after PGE ₂ signaling. Each stromal cell was circled on the screen using a different color to measure their intensity level and the PGE₂-induced signaling was recorded using the corresponding matching colors. The graphs directly below the photographs represent the cell signaling before, during, and after the addition of PGE₂ (0.12 μM). The graph on the bottom is the complete signaling pattern for all cells.
