(B) The Western blot images of KIAA1429 and FTO serve as representative results. The values are represented in terms of mean (± SEM), having a sample size as n = 3. The statistical analysis indicates a non-significant difference (nsp) with p-values > 0.05, while the significance level is represented by *=p < 0.05, **=p < 0.01, and ****=p < 0.0001. The study groups are illustrated by Con (control group) and Ginger (ginger-treated group)
