The study investigated the influence of G. lucidum-fermented crop extracts on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity in two conditions: (A) H2O2- and (B) Aβ25-35- treated SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were pre-treated with various G. lucidum extracts for 6 h, followed by exposure to H2O2 (150 μM) or Aβ25-35 (10 μM) for 24 h. AChE activity was determined as described in the Materials and methods section. The data were presented as mean ± SD from three independent experiments. Different letters (a-f) within the same group and figure indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) among the treatment groups
