Inhibition of mast cell degranulation by Sanguisorbae Radix water extract. BMMCs were sensitized with IgE (anti-DNP, 100 ng/mL) overnight and then pre-treated with WSR for 2 h. The pre-treated BMMCs were stimulated with Ag (DNP-HSA, 25 ng/mL). β-HEX (a marker of degranulation in mast cells) was measured by spectrophotometric analysis.
