Data are presented as mean of three independent experiments performed in duplicate assays.
The in vitro P. falciparum HRP2 assay for standard antimalarial drugs were conducted in parallel with the test plant extracts. Each of the assay were validated based on the EC₅₀ threshold for each standard antimalarial drugs against the P. falciparum K1 strain in the lab. If the EC₅₀ value of the standard antimalarial drugs are out of range, the test considered invalid.
