(B) Differences in TC extract cytotoxicity in 5 human cancer cell lines and normal mouse spleen B and T lymphocytes. The cell growth inhibition was quantified by the MTT assay. Cells were treated with 10 μg/ml TC extract for 72 h. The data shown are from 3 independent experiments.
