Effect of Cinnulin PF® (panel a) and cinnamon bark oil (panel b) on the viability of two oral epithelial cell lines (B11 and GMSM-K). The epithelial cells were treated for 16 h with the cinnamon fractions prior to determining cell viability using a colorimetric MTT assay. Results are expressed as the means ± SD of triplicate assays in two independent experiments. *: significantly different from the control (p < 0.01)
