Effects of PGE on inflammatory cell counts in the whole blood of CP-induced immunosuppressed rats. Rats were given saline, CP (5 mg/kg/day), and PGE (0, 10, 30, or 100 mg/kg/day) once daily for 28 days, after which whole blood samples were collected for analysis. a–d The levels of inflammatory cells (WBCs, lymphocytes, MID, and neutrophils) in the blood samples were determined using a Hemavet 950 system.
