Effect of PGE on immunoglobulin levels in CP-treated splenocytes. Cells were seeded into 96-well plates, followed by treatment with PGE (0, 10, 30, 50, 100, 300, and 500 μg/mL) and/or CP (1600 μg/mL) and incubated for 24 h in a 5% CO2 incubator.
