Expression of autophagy-related proteins. MDA-MB231 and MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of T33 for 48 h and a expressions of LC3-I and LC3-II proteins in MDA-MB231 and MCF-7 cells were detected with immunoblotting. Ratios of LC3-II/β-Actin in b MDA-MB231 and MCF-7 cells are shown. Similar results were observed in triplicate experiments.
