Quantitative analysis of immunofluorescence staining. a and b ALA and AHSO significantly enhance the frequency of astrocytes (GFAP) and oligodendrocytes (MBP). c ALA did not affect the differentiative activity of eNSCs into neurons, however, higher concentrations of AHSO (100 μM) significantly increased the frequency of β-III tubulin positive cells, in comparison to controls.
