The cells were treated with indicated concentrations of SHE (62.5 μg mL− 1) for 24 h in the presence or absence of each selective inhibitor. SB 202190 = p38 inhibitor, SP 600125 = JNK inhibitor, and PD98059 = ERK inhibitor. Triplicate experiments were used to evaluate the data, and the mean value is expressed as ± SD.
