Effects of corylin on the production of proinflammatory cytokines by LPS-activated BV2 cells. BV2 cells were pre-treated with various doses of corylin for 1 h, and then treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h. The expressions of a TNF-α and b IL-6 in the cell culture supernatant were analyzed using ELISA. Data represent mean ± SD of three independent experiments (*: p < 0.05; **: p < 0.01; ***: p < 0.001 vs. LPS alone)
