When all the capital letters (columns) are different, there is a significant difference between color changes for each CIELAB coordinate. When all the lower case letters (rows) are different, there is a significant difference between different processing techniques in the same CIELAB coordinate by Tukey’s paired comparisons. EARP, ethyl acetate extract of Brazilian red propolis
