Effects of Jawoongo on NO production in RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with LPS (1 mg/ml) and then treated with different concentrations of Jawoongo (25–100 μg/ml) for 24 h. NO production was measured using the Griess reagent system (a). iNOS and TNF-α mRNA expression was measured by RT-PCR (b). Whole cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting (c).
