  1. IPT-EA, IPT-M, IPR-EA and IPR-M were dosed at 100 μg/ml whereas EMS (Ethyl methane sulfonate) was given in 20 μg/ml concentration. Vehicle = 1% DMSO. Values are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 6).
