The PBK/Akt and MAPK signaling pathways of macrophages were activated by ISAg treatment. Total cell lysates from RAW264.7 cells treated with LPS or ISAg were separated using SDS-PAGE gel and transferred to PVDF membranes. Phosphorylated-Akt, -JNK, -p38, and -ERK were detected using immunoblot and specific antibodies. GAPDH and the non-phosphorylated form of each protein were used as controls
