Overexpression of PP1 increases alternative splicing and promotes tumor cell apoptosis induced by HHT. A stable MCF7 cell line overexpressing PP1 was constructed with a lentiviral expression system. MCF7-Bobi and MCF7-PP1 cells were treated with 0.5 μM HHT.
