Effect of LAC117 on mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in HCC cells. a Huh7 and HepG2 cells were treated with LAC117 (100 μg/mL) for 6 h, and then stained with Mitotracker (green) and cytochrome c (red). Localization of cytochrome c in the cytosol was analyzed by confocal fluorescent microscopy at × 200 magnification. b Before performing TUNEL assay, HepG2 and Huh7 cells were treated with LAC117 (100 μg/mL) for 24 h.
