CTPG suppressed tumor growth in vivo. Tumor mouse model was established by injection of H22 cells. After 3 days, tumor mice (7 mice/group) were treated with or without CTPG. Body weight of mice (a), tumor sizes and survival rate (b) were monitored at the indicated time points.
