Gigantol inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade in HEK293T cells. a The expression plasmid encoding Wnt1 was transfected into HEK293T cells. The cells were then incubated with the indicated concentrations of gigantol for 24 h. b HEK293T cells were treated with the control medium, Wnt3A-CM containing DMSO or the indicated concentrations of gigantol for 24 h.
