Effects of MEGR on extracellular DA levels in the NaccSh. On the 4th after the last nicotine (Nic) injection, rats were challenged with a direct intra-NaccSh infusion of 3.0 mM Nic, and during the withdrawal period the rats were treated with MEGR. All data are expressed as means ± SEM (n = 5–6).
