Inhibitory effects of FCL or donepezil on AChE activity in vitro

AChE activities were measured using acetylcholine iodide as a synthetic substrate in a colorimetric assay. Each AChE activity was observed in three times. AChE inhibition is expressed as mean ± SEM.
