From: Anti-diabetic activity of aerial parts of Sarcopoterium spinosum
LDH release following treatment with S. spinosum extracts in 3 T3-L1 preadipocytes. Cells were cultured on a 96-well plate, at a concentration of 1 × 105 cells/ml in the absence or presence of different concentrations of S. spinosum extracts (a. leaves, b. fruits, c roots). LDH was measured in the culture media as described in the Materials and Methods.
