Effect of RES on gene expression in activated PBLs. Freshly isolated PBLs from a healthy donor were incubated with RES and stimulated with LPS for 1-12 h. Gene expression was quantified by RT-PCR and the data expressed as fold change compared to levels observed in unstimulated cells. Mean ± errors (see reference [11]) of triplicate cell culture are given.
