Results shown represent 3H-deoxyglucoseuptake by C2C12 cells after overnight treatment with maximum non-toxic concentration of control (CJ) and fermented (FJ) blueberry juice (both at 12.5 μg/mL) and the seven fractions yielded from FJ (at 12.5 μg/mL). Results are expressed as percentage relative to DMSO (0.1%) vehicle control. Insulin (100 nM) was used as a positive control. **: p<0.01 and ***: p<0.001 significantly different from DMSO (n=3 in triplicates)
