Effect of 4-OHT and BD on apoptosis of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. MCF-7 cells were seeded and treated as described in Fig. 1c for 6 days. Apoptosis was evaluated by Cell Death Detection ELISA (a) and western blotting for the expression of c-PARP (b).
