Effects of Chlorella sorokiniana (CS) on viability of A549 and CL1-5 cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of CS for 24 h following attachment. Cell viability was assessed by the MTT assay. The viability of untreated cells (control) was considered 100%. Each point on the graph represents the mean ± SD of triplicate wells. The data presented are representatives of three independent experiments with similar results. ***P value <0.001 compared with the control group
