Antiproliferative effect of DCOE fractions on HaCaTcells (non-tumorigenic). Cells were treated with F1-fraction (a), F2-fraction (b), F3-fraction (c), F4-fraction (d) at different concentrations (10, 25, 50 and 100 μg/mL) or with 0.5% DMSO for 48 h followed by measurement of cell proliferation by WST-1 assay.
