Effects of KDZ injection on the neurological function of rat models of focal cerebral ischemia Sham: rats were subjected to surgical operation without occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery (MCAO) and without KDZ treatment; 6h-ischemia: rats were subjected to MCAO without KDZ treatment; and KDZ: rats were subjected to MCAO and KDZ treatment.
