EL treatment of lung cancer cells results in decreased mRNA expression of Rho GTPases. a A549 and b H460 cells were treated with 0 or 100 μM EL for 24 h. Total RNA was extracted from the cells and subjected to qRT-PCR for RhoA, Rac1, and Cdc42. The experiments were conducted in triplicate. The data were normalized to 18S rRNA expression and represent the average fold change in mRNA expression for EL-treated cells relative to the control. p ≤ 0.05 was considered statistically significant when compared with untreated control
