Inhibitory effect of EA/EuH on TNFα-induced MMP-9 mRNA expression. a RT-PCR. MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, T47D, and MCF7 cells were treated with or without TNFα (10 ng/mL) in the absence of presence of EA/EuH (5 μg/mL) for 18 h. Total RNA was isolated and then RT-PCR was performed. GAPDH mRNA was used as an internal control. b Real-time PCR. MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, T47D, and MCF7 cells were treated as in (a).
