EGCG plays a role in the changes of inflammatory factors in plasma. (a, d) EGCG decreases the expression of interleukin (IL)-22 and IL-17 F in plasma, and these levels were more decreased in the H group than in the L group (n = 6, Mean ± SEM, * P < 0.05, **P < 0.01). (b, c) The relative quantities of IL-23 and IL-17A in the H and L groups are lower than in the C group (n = 6, Mean ± SEM, **P < 0.01). There is no significant difference between the H group and the L group (n = 6, Mean ± SEM, P > 0.05).
