qRT-PCR for key genes regulated by Heshouwuyin in the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway. The expression levels of key genes in the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway were detected by qRT-PCR. Compared with the YCG, caspase-3, SOCS3, GSY2, BAX and DR6 were up-regulated and 14-3-3σ was down-regulated in the NAG; however, Heshouwuyin significantly reversed these trend.
