RSV – GSE suppressed COX-2 levels in colon CSCs with functioning (a) and attenuated p53 (b). Colon CSCs were treated with RSV-GSE at 9 μM and 12.5 μg/mL respectively or sulindac at 12.5 μg/ml for 24 h, and nuclear cell lysates were analyzed for COX-2 levels by western blotting.
